EuRoC 2025 Volunteer Application Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the European Rocketry Challenge 2025.

Please fill out the following questionnaire regarding your skills, experience, and areas of interest, in order to better assess your abilities and preferences.

This year, EuRoC is looking for up to two positions in the Operations Team and one in the Technical Evaluation Board. Previous experience at EuRoC, as a participant, is mandatory.

For the Operations Team positions, the work will be carried out at the Launch Site, in Santa Margarida Military Camp. Please note that the launch site and operational field is an exposed area subject to the weather conditions and periods of physically demanding work. For the Technical Evaluation Board position, the work will be carried out at the paddock, located at the Constância Municipal Sports Pavillion.

Filling out this form does not guarantee the selection as a volunteer. Selected volunteers will be provided travel arrangements, accommodation and food for the duration of the event.
