With this letter, we intend to give you the freedom to write about your team and your goals. In the letter you submit, please tell us about your team and project, your motivation to build a rocket, what you have learnt together in the process, why you want to participate in EuRoC 2025, and the long-term goals of your team and project (max. 750 words, mandatory - File size maximum 200MB).* 10. Please submit the Student University Identification documents in a package format (e.g., zip/rar file - File size maximum 200MB) and following the instructions on the EuRoC Competition Rules* The teams’ personal data, received at any given time, regarding the EuRoC – European Rocketry Challenge will be used by the Portuguese Space Agency, Portugal Space, and can be shared with the relevant partners of the competition, either institutions or individuals in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for evaluation and selection of teams participating in EuRoC 2025, for sending information about the event and related initiatives and for statistical purposes. Any social media data submitted, including, on this form, will be used for publicity and marketing purposes of the EuRoC event. The consent given for the processing of personal data may be limited or revoked at any time by the interested party.
